Jim joins the Coalition after
working as Director of Field Education at the RI College, School of Social Work
and as a clinical social worker at Project Bridge at The Miriam Hospital. As a
professional social worker, he has worked with populations affected by
homelessness, HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, mental illness, disability, and many
other issues relating to poverty and oppression.
Carla
is the Administrative Assistance and coordinates the Homeless Legal Clinic
Program, providing free legal services at shelters statewide. She also
maintains the database for the Coalition. Carla was also educational program
coordinator at the Massachusetts Bar Association. 
Don,
a former AmeriCorp*VISTA Member, started with the coalition implementing the
Housing Locator program. Through his experience working with the Housing
Locator intranet, he continued training, receiving certification for Microsoft
Systems Engineer. He is now the Systems Administrator of the Rhode
Island Homeless
Management Information System. 
Dawn,
the Housing Locator Coordinator, will be training consumers, case managers,
folks at DHS, and other community organizations.
