Two McDonalds meals in a row, but the Egg McMuffin is low in calories and fat, but make sure you avoid putting cheese on the Egg McMuffin, or it turns from healthy to unhealthy really fast.

This item is widely considered to be the healthiest bit of food at Taco Bell, that can be said because it contains 330 calories, 12 grams of protein, 7 grams of fat and 9 grams of fiber, that fiber comes from the beans though.
#4: KFC Grilled & Skinless Chicken
Chicken on its own, without any additives or added food items put alongside it, is one of the healthiest meats somebody can eat, so stay away from the fattier options and you can eat this Kentucky Fried Chicken version of their world famous chicken.
#5: Panera’s Power Mediterranean Chicken Salad
This one is all based on whether or not you ask for bacon or throw on a bunch of salad dressing, because it you avoid those trappings, then this is one of the healthiest fast food items you can get.
#6: Wendy’s Large Chili
The red beans and ground beef that come in just about all kinds of chili that are healthy for you because they provide lots of protein and fiber, which is something you can get from this Wendy’s offering as well.
#7: Dunkin’ Donuts Tuna Salad On An English Muffin
You probably thought we were going to address donuts here, but that is not the case because the tuna salad on an English muffin from Dunkin’ Donuts will cost you around 390 calories and 23 grams of fat, so not a bad option from the donut vendor.
#8: Subway Club Sandwich
The majority of Subway sandwiches are healthy when compared to many other places, assuming you do not go with any add ons, but the Subway Club Sandwich is the healthiest of all the sandwich chains offering at just 445 calories and 4 grams of fat.
